Sir James is one of the Conservative Party's most entertaining speakers, and has held a large number of senior positions in Government, including Foreign Secretary and Home Secretary, following a career in the Army.
As such we are delighted to welcome him as our speaker at our latest members' event at The Rising Sun, Stourmouth, on 20th November. It will be a fun occasion and a great opportunity to hear James' thoughts on how the Conservatives can build upon the suite of new policy initiatives recently announced at Conference.
The ticket price of £30 includes a two course sit-down dinner and we ask attendees to choose in advance one starter and one main course from the following:
- Starters: Roasted Parsnip & Chestnut Soup served with baked ciabatta & butter; Classic Prawn Cocktail with brown bread & butter; Crispy Chicken with a Thai green curry
- Mains: Roast top side of beef served with roast potatoes & vegetables; Coq au vin blanc served with basmati rice; Beetroot & butternut squash wellington served with new potato dressed salad.
